Meet Steve Mayes, the founder and Executive Director who is the  dynamic force behind The iam Pageant Powerhouse℠ . 

 

With a steadfast belief in the transformative power of pageantry, Steve champions its ability to instill fearless confidence and invaluable life skills in participants worldwide.

For over four decades, Steve has been at the helm, personally directing, producing, and judging pageants across 33 states, accumulating a wealth of experience and expertise in the field. The Pageant Powerhouse℠ system includes renowned brands like International Junior Miss (IJM), All-American Miss (AAM), and America’s Junior Miss AJM in addition to the flagship system, National American Miss (NAM).

Through his extensive network of state and international directors, Steve has welcomed over one million guests to his events, leaving an indelible mark on the pageantry landscape.

Steve’s academic prowess, with a BA in Finance from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas, underscores his commitment to excellence.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Steve actively contributes to his community, serving on various boards and volunteering his time to make a difference in the lives of others.
